can you play this on your ps3?
Hey innocent! so i downloaded this MGS torrent, the thing is that i want to use it with a emulator but the problem is i dont know what to do with the cue and bin file. please help me out!!! thanks.
Game is in PAL format. Since I use a disk swapping method to play this on my (NTSC) PS2, this torrent is useless to me. Please include the region next time.
I tried running with epsxe 1.7.0, but get a window popping up that says "Missing Render-Texture Extension" then another that says "no pixel format available". Could somebody tell me what how to get this to work please?
can it be played on ps3
Should I burn on 2 CDs or 1 DVD to play on my chipped PS2? My PS2 has issues playing CDs so can I burn it on DVD?
hello, im new to the bay and was wondering if you have to burn games you download to a disk. thx
Doesn\'t work too well on ePSXe. I can\'t even watch the opening cutscene without it lagging. At first, it seems to play a few frames then stop and repeat. Eventually it\'ll lag to the point that the program crashes. I\'ve tried a multitude of plugins and none of them work.rnrnI\'ve read it may just be the water effects causing the lag in the cutscenes, but I\'m not going to skip cutscenes if it means ruining the experience. The story makes the game.rnrnNo discredit to the uploader intended though. It\'s just the emulator\'s fault. Download only took around two hours at around 250 KB/s and it looked fine when it wasn\'t lagging.
WTF? I dont remember MGS 1 having two discs? Or did it? Anyone remember or still have the game?
Do not burn this for PSX, it doesn't contain CDD file with all the imporatnt stuff, it won't run on PSX. And for someone who asked if MGS1 had 2cds. Yes it did :)
Yes MGS had 2 discs, I still have the game. Blue Solid Snake on 1 disc, and Green Liquid Snake on the other.
anyone can tell if this will work well on my chipmoded Ps2?Any help is appreciated!

I DOWNLOAD THE FILE AND BURNT THEM ON CD-R
USING DVD Decrypter IT IS FREE PROGRAM BUT YOU MUST BURN THE GAME WITH SPEED 16 AFTER THAT PUT THE CD IN FAT PS2 IF YOU GOT ONE AND PRESS
THE GREEN BUTTON TWICE,TRY THIS METHOD
3 OR 4 TIMES AFTER EVERY PRESSING UNTIL YOU HEAR THE CD SPIN FAST

THERE IS ANOTHER WAY TO BOOT PS1 GAME
IF YOU GOT FAT PS2 INSERT PS1 GAME AND TURN OFF
YOUR CONSOLE THEN TURN IT ON BUT THIS TIMES KEEP PRESSING THE GREEN BUTTON JUST FOR ONE SECOND
THE PS2 LOGO WILL DISAPPEAR FAST AND THAT MEANS YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR PS1 GAMES,THERE IS SOME WEIRD THING WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO SAVE YOUR PROGRESS IN PS1 MEMORY CARD THE PROBLEM IS WHEN YOU CUT THE POWER,YOUR PS1 SAVE FILE WILL BE CORRUPTED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO FORMAT PS1 MEMORY CARD USING YOUR FAT PS2 ,TO AVOID THIS SHIT PUT YOUR PS2 MEMORY CARD IN SLOT 2 WHEN YOU QUIT DO NOT USE YOUR PS2 POWER SWITCH 0/1 INSTEAD OF THAT COPY YOUR PS1 SAVE FILE TO YOUR PS2 MEMORY CARD AND THAT WILL KEEP THE HEADACHE AWAY FROM YOU HOPE THAT WILL HELP YOU FOLKS .

mcnuggets if youre using PCSX2 you gotta go to system > boot cdvd full, and use the .bin file of the .bin/.cue package you should have in the game folder you want to play
@kaimles Yeah, it did have 2 discs. I still have it around here somewhere but there's the Liquid and Solid disk, you had to put the second one in midway through the campaign. I can't wait to smash Mantis, lmao.
